I’ve emailed support but where it’s a Saturday night I won’t see a response till Monday. I bought a NEW copy of Bayonetta Origins and the case came empty. Is this a common thing happening? The side of the wrapping was sliced when I got it and there was nothing in the case. I’m extremely upset right now.
Theres literally no call number for this company. Guess I’ll just dispute the whole order with Amazon Pay services.
They’ll just tell you to contact Woot’s customer service. Which it sounds like you did. Response time is 24-48 hours. They’ll respond to the email listed on your Woot account.
I’m sure they’ll have a solution to your problem.
