Here is an infomercial on why you need this product.

and just how big are the bottles? (volume)

A friend of mine bought this or something identical, took it home, took it out of the box and immediately returned it. Very flimsy!

Heads up!

The racks will ship separately from the spice bottles so you’ll get two packages. Don’t fret if you receive one package and it’s only half your order.

//knows someone will post in about 2 weeks about this

I have these, and they’re fine. No, they’re not brushed aluminum. They’re plastic, and for something that lives in a cupboard that’s fine for me. They can’t accomodate larger bottles, like the 5th Season brand for instance. Anything larger than a McCormick bottle probably won’t fit. That’s fine. I like McCormick.

Are the spice jars plastic or glass?

Friend had one when they were new in his apartment. It doesn’t actually increase the amount of “spices on your shelf” because you need room for the dang thing to swing open. The turn radius accounts for just as much space as you’d otherwise be saving. Simple solution, organization trumps shoddy/flimsy merchandise.

I like that 3 of the spice bottles are filled with sprinkles.

I paid $10 for this at Walgreens with out the bottles. This IMO is a better deal even if you pay the $5 shipping

I didn’t buy it, it’s not specifically mentioned in the Amazon Reviews But judging from the video commercial, another video I saw, Packaging, Dimensions and what the reviews say… I’d say we’re talking about those 3.5 Oz spice bottles.

I bought these last time they were on here. I had high hopes for them. Sadly, i was disappointed when I received them. Thank goodness they come with the bottles. I figured I’d only have to use the bottles for my larger bottled spices. Wrong! My regular sized bottles don’t fit. Unless you buy only the small McCormick spice bottles, your spices won’t fit. Intended to use the second one for medicine bottles. Some of them don’t fit either(and I’m not speaking of the huge bottles that would obviously not fit)

Bottles are plastic and about the size of a McCormick spice bottle

You just earned a quality post. THANK YOU!

I just ordered 3 of these and I’m wondering if they could be shipped via UPS. FedEx to my home address sucks and the post office gets pissed if I send quantity to my P.O. box.

fairy poop

I’ve been using one for over a year. They are flimsy, I’ll agree to that. But if you just kinda baby them, you’ll be fine. All my spices fit fine. I don’t know what size spices you guys are buying, but it fits many sizes. The super common size you’ll find in the spice aisle are perfect. My biggest complaint is that most people won’t have the clearance to swivel these out once fully extended. The cabinet door or wall is generally too close. I can swivel mine about 75%, so I make do. Just something to think about before you purchase. Plan the installation.

EDIT: I just looked at my spices. They all range from ~0.5oz to ~3oz depending on contents. The normal size 3.5oz would fit fine. But if you shop for spices at Sam’s Club, no, obviously they wouldn’t fit in here.
