I bought this on a previous woot. It works well enough except it suffers from the same problem that almost all low to medium end bread machines do: it bakes the crust too thick and too dark, even on the light setting.
I use it exclusively on the dough only setting, and pan and bake the resulting dough in my oven. As a dough mixer + proofer, this thing works extremely well and makes great bread dough!
Have you ever tried the gluten-free options on it? How was it if you did?
