This really does look like a good buy – it’s going for $90.32 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/T-fal-ActiBread-Programmable-Stainless-Automatic/dp/B00MVSRIDG). And for once, this isn’t a refurb! The tax man was not kind this year, and I don’t really need this, but I am very tempted.
So…probably a dumb question, but is this ONLY for gluten free bread? I’m looking for a bread machine, but we don’t eat gluten free. Will regular bread mixes work too? Again, probably a stupid question, but better to be safe than spend $60.00 and make a DOH! sound like Homer. 
Well, I did some research. The instructions and recipes definitely focus on gluten-free.
Someone on Amazon said they use the French Bread setting for white bread.
Looks like you can use it for regular bread but the directions aren’t exactly helpful there.
