I currently have one of these 43" TLC Wi-Fi Connected Roku Smart TV’s in the master bedroom. Bought it off Woot a while back. Mostly use it to stream shows while winding down for bed. I consider it to be one of my better Woot purchases.
Pro’s: Great image quality. Thin and lightweight, mounted easily to the wall. Very low power consumption. Easy to use Roku interface.
Con’s: Even after turning down the brightness it’s still really bright for before bed viewing in a dark bedroom. Won’t be a problem for most, but thought it was worth mentioning. Also, I wasn’t able to sync the TV to my Direct TV remote control, so when I watch Direct TV, I have to use two remotes. It’s pretty obnoxious and why we basically only stream now in the bedroom.
But even with those issues I still consider it a good buy.
Costco has the 4k version at $269… (NEW)
