As you can see on the page, I am the first sucker. When the package arrived, I received a cake decorating kit instead. I emailed woot to get it corrected and Shaun in customer service said, “We’re sorry about the mix up with your. Unfortunately, we do not have any replacements available to send you. You’re welcome to return the item to us for a full refund.” The lack of a complete sentence was copied directly from the email. I find it hard to believe that the item can not be sent to me as the cutting board is still available online. I have always loved woot but this customer service reps response shows a complete lack of effort.
Oh man, I’m really sorry about this. I’m going to reach out to my contacts at CS and see what we can do to make this right.
