Teeter EP-560 Ltd Inversion Table

I’ve had this model for about a month now and use it nearly daily. I haven’t had any problems with vertigo but I make sure I come back to a normal orientation slowly with a period of flat or nearly flat rest. I don’t have a bad back but I do feel looser and more relaxed after an inversion session. One thing I would advise people against is inverting soon after eating or drinking as it can (at least in my case) cause some discomfort/heartburn.

I really, really wanted the inversion table. Will you be selling more?

I have back problems having to do with compressed disks and I think this may help instead of surgery. My only concern is that I’m 340 pounds and it’s rated for 300 and I’m wondering if it would REALLY be an issue.

Is there any difference between this Teeter EP-560 and the one sold at costco Teeter EP-560 + (Plus)?

The EP-560 + is upgraded to include EZ-Stretch Traction Handles, which provide additional stretching and inverting options. That being said, the EP-560 + does not include the Better Back Lumbar Bridge or Adjustable Acupressure Nodes that are included with the EP-560 Ltd.

My autoerotic asphyxiation budget can’t support this.

I have been deciding to buy one for sometime…my wife has a bulging disc…this was rated on the top for inversion tables…great buy here at WOOT. Hopefully the blem issue will not be a problem. Check out the info I found out to make my decision…

:meh:

about a year ago I bought on WOOT! the Teeter 550 and it is great! This deal is really good, as the extra $ over cheapies you’ll find on Amazon is well worth it in design and build.

I have had mine for 3+ years, and I have not seen my Chiropractor since! It has done wonders for my back and hips in only one 5 minute session a week (normally, sometimes I do twice a week) My teenagers love it as well. They are one of the most sturdy brands- and a blemish won’t hurt that. Double bonus for me- I bought mine with my HSA/FSA card!

Does anyone know the shipping box dimensions? That is very important because I cannot receive over-sized boxes
[/quote]

The dimensions listed below are in inches and lbs.

Carton Length: 48.5
Carton Width: 29.9
Carton Height: 8.9
Shipper Carton Weight: 69.2

Where do we find information on what “Blemished” means?

There is a weight support difference between the one you recommend and this one. This one here on Woot supports 300 lbs. and the one you recommend supports 275 lbs. That might make a difference to some.

That would be great. How did you manage to justify it?

Thanks for you help.

Um, yes. Since you have compressed disks, you realy, really, REALLY should check with your doctor before you do this. Also remember that you will be held by your ankles. Machines like this have weight maximums for a reason. Perhaps you might ask your doctor to give you a physical therapy referral.

It is unfortunate that warnings against using inversion therapy if you have high blood pressure are not included with the descriptions. I bought an inversion table years ago, could not use it because of my hypertension, but only found out in the “user manual” that came with it. Boo, Hiss. I should have done more research.
