Discussion from the sale back in May

Actually just whining about Woot not accepting Paypal. Very little on the Spinal Stretch.

I got one of these about a year ago, I only use it as I need it, but there was a time when I needed to use it everyday. 10-15 minutes was all I needed to use it to feel like a new man. I let a friend borrow mine when he hurt his back, he ended up buying his own less then a week later.

How did Woot know I woke up due to back pain?? Nothing like shopping in bed at 4:30am… I’ll take one…let’s hope it works…thanks again Woot…

Can anyone comment on how this helps compared to a back roller, like how it feels?

It’s the new government approved Selfie Birthing Kit!

I was just telling my husband last night I was waiting for one of these to pop up to buy for him for his birthday.

Woot, did you put a recording device in my BoC?

So nobody really answered yet; is this better than the stretches an able-bodied person could do for themselves?

I bought one for my husband because he always believes crappy products that claim to alleviate back pain. Not that this is crappy, but I prefer stretching and yoga when my back is bothering me.

I have a bad back. It really hurts 90% of the time. I think I am going to go to my doctor before I try stuff like this. Just to be safe. If I knew I needed something like this, I would get it.

I find that it works best to do both. I exercise to warm up my muscles, then stretch, then use the spinal stretch or my inversion table. The stretches that I can do myself don’t feel like they stretch the spine as much as either of these devices.
