Has anybody used a grill like this to sear meat after sous vide? Was wondering if it gets hot enough for a quick sear or will I end up overcooking my meat if I’ve already cooked it sous vide.
I bought this last time it was on here. I sous vide 6 filets then popped them on this grill. They were great. Have to let this grill get to temp about 6 min to get to full heat. I have also used it to cook ribeye the traditional way on the grill. This did a great job inside with no smoke.
I am buying one for my father in law this time around.
