I did the same thing with a meat thermometer. I actually use it a lot. This one looks nice for if you prepare meals for the week on the grille or have multiple cuts of different thickness. One for chops, chicken, etc. Not a bad buy.
Does anyone know if you can change from Freedom units to Celsius?
