Terrible customer service [resolved]

I received an item i ordered a couple of weeks ago. It was broken and only partly functional…probably cracked in shipping. I’ve sent several emails requesting assistance, return, replacement. Woot customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Not a single reply. Nothing. I’m running out of time to process this return and this company is awful to deal with. Never again.

Hi there. A couple of things to check – please make sure your Woot emails aren’t being filtered into your spam folder. That happens fairly often. Also, make sure the email address you’re checking is the one associated with your Woot account (not your Amazon account, if different.)

(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)

Hi there. Not sure what was happening but I do see an return label created for it yesterday (1/14). When contacting CS, make sure you use the support form and only contact us once. If you rapid fire the form, they can end up all being closed as duplicates.

Would resending a copy of an email to customer service with an added explanation the Customer Service response did not address any of my specific enumerated questions result in it being closed as a duplicate?

She’s on vacation.

Let’s ask @notmatty or @lioncow

Thanks! I saw that she was on vacation, but figured I was getting enough of a run around from Great Circle US about a gasoline leak on a new Landworks Wood Chipper purchased from Woot that I’d try a comment here. Amazingly, someone from Great Circle did reply today to my latest email to them. He said they could send me a new carburetor or I could contact Woot for a return. Guess he is unaware Woot doesn’t accept returns of items that take flammable fuels.

I don’t know who the Great Circle is, but no place lets you mail gasoline. It’s not just a good idea, its the law.

Anyway, sounds like they are tying
