I love Teva and own 4 pairs of sandals, dress boots, 2 pr. ea. of outdoor shoes and boots. But, FWIW, I started out with these sandals and they’re the only Tevas I can’t wear. Since there isn’t any padding between the straps and my feet, my feet chaffed so badly against the raw edge of the straps that I began to bleed, and the pain was so bad I couldn’t continue to use them. These can be adjusted to fit perfectly but, even adjusted properly they gave enough to allow my foot to move to the point of chaffing. The next pair of Tevas I bought from woot had padding and they took me from hating Tevas to loving them. Teva makes excellent footwear but just be aware this style has no protection/padding between the straps and your skin. These seem to be good sellers so it’s obvious not everyone has had my experience. I’m only commenting because I didn’t consider the fact these didn’t have any padding when I bought mine.

How do the sizes run? I wear 9.5

I wear a 9.5, but the size 9 in these work for me. Since you’re not wearing socks with these I think it would be better to size down.
