Hoping you Wooters will pipe in wishing the Woot staff a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!

I don’t know about you guys, but I am always so impressed with how the staff and mods handle the public comments, inquiries, issues, (and complaints!) etc. I, for one, have been taken care of by support staff each time an order needs correction (yes, I am also an occasional victim of package splitting lol). While it may not always be possible to get what was ordered if a mispick arrived, the response to a ticket comes every single time within the stated time limits, and the situation gets handled courteously and promptly. :clap:

In my most recent support ticket, I was very pleased with the quality and fit of the items ordered, however one item of a three-pack was not the item ordered, but an item listed elsewhere on Woot that must have been stocked in the wrong place. I just received the replacement package and the Woot staff has exceeded my expectations yet one more time. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
