I bought the Thanksgiving Gathering Bundle 5 Pack for our Thanksgiving Day get-together at our friends’ home. When we opened the package, we found that the bottles of marinade were cracked open at the lids had leaked, and had to be thrown away.
Unfortunately, without thinking, we did not save the bottles. We were all busy preparing dinner and we weren’t sure what else to do. Now I am thinking that I should have written immediately about this, and that we really made a mistake by not letting you know. The package was excellent but expensive, and losing two of the five items in the package was just not acceptable.

Thanks for anything that you can do in order to help to make this right.
