Is this the North American version with the ESRB rating as pictured? I know Switch games are region free but I still prefer this version over foreign versions to match my collection.

The price went down on this (from $44.99) since I bought it a couple of days ago. Is that normal for these types of deals? I imagine I won’t get the lower price charged to me in retrospect?
