So after reviewing the sale description and talking with the Sports Team- it looks like I was mistaken about this product coming with an instruction manual and video. All instructions and videos can be found online so you can access them anywhere. so there’s no need to worry about missing out on important info.
You can swing your heart out- no extra gear needed.
