In the reviews they mention this cube has a battery (which cannot be changed).

At this price, you can afford to buy several and simply eWaste them 
I have the Connected which has a charging cable. While it is a better concept than this one, it has a MSRP of $80.

Are these anywhere close to the lower end GAN cubes in terms of speed?
The battery
is easily changed, the yellow center square has 2 Phillips screws, and the instruction even tell you how to change it.

Thank you for posting this, I was just coming back to do the same! I read the comments above about non replaceable batteries but bought them anyway. Then I looked up the instructions and saw the same simple battery replacement steps that you just posted.
Non replaceable battery…seriously, that’s what you get for blindly trusting reviews.
