From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

These are great. Don’t stick them in the dryer when you wash them. With time they need replacing. Hope I can get some next time.

Thanks. I had already done that. They offered a refund or a replacement (as is stock reply for Amazon support) so. I just took the refund rather than risking getting a single glove a second time

Got mine today, 1 glove, not 3 pairs (6 gloves), I’ve contacted CS for guidance…
I’ll most likely be disappointed with their response…
