The Cole & Mason lids are chrome plated plastic, not actual metal
The item they used on the banner for this sale (the magnetic spice rack) only sold one item and was then sold out… first to woot is the same as last to woot and the sales stats also say 100% bought 1. I realize there are sometimes items like this where there just aren’t many to sell and it’s first come first serve… but when it’s the main picture to attract people to the sale I feel kind of cheated.
Still love woot but this was dissapointing as heck.
The banners are done in advance of the sale and the artists don’t have any idea of the inventory numbers.
We usually have one left when we’ve sold the items a few times before and that’s the remaining stock.
Sorry you’re disappointed.
