A question on the Random Pack. Will there be multiples or will you get five different wines?
Where’s the Cab offer?
I would sure hope it’s not 4 cab francs and 1 other bottle.
Considering a couple of grab bags for a local split.
Cab Franc, Fred.
You could always walk to the curb and raise your hand.
I bought the last couple offers, but have not had a chance to crack one open.
Is it any good?
Upon further reflection, I think Fred should genetically create his own grape. He can call it Cabernet Fred.
Yo Fred, we heard you like Cabernet, so we put some cab in your cab, man.
Ill split if you are able to buy. In the middle of moving and too much craziness. PM if interested.
In for one random. Can’t wait to see what I get!!
I didn’t care for the walla walla syrah but im hoping the rest are great.
been on this 14 day detox cleanse, no red meat, no bread, rice, pasta or potatos :(, and NO WINE, watch out Sunday night when this is over,
a 97 Ardente will be destroyed
I already have a home for all 10 bottles, maybe next time.
So sad for you, Fred:grin:
Some friends and I just cracked open a 2010 Fjellene Cab Sauv. As you might expect, this is not a fruit-forward Cab. It smelled of sweet berries, but tasted more complicated. The wine benefited from breathing for at least an hour and stood up well to the chili rubbed tri-tip roast that I prepared.
My friends and I all enjoyed this red. It’s definitely not a fruit bomb with a long finish. What it does have is a very pleasant old world style that really grew on all of us. We polished it off fairly quickly and moved onto much fruiter Cabs and Pinots, but I think this was the wine I most enjoyed during the evening. I can’t wait to try the blends…
Don’t I feel GREAT and lost 9.8 lbs. in 13 days (down to 180 of a goal of 175) not bad.
Please don’t ship my mixed random pack in a bag! I would prefer a box.
