Bought these a year ago. I use them weekly, especially for sitting in the stands at the hockey rink. They work as advertised. A bit thicker than the standard insole so I had to use a different pair of shoes because my forefoot was getting squished. I have worn them in my cycling shoes. High is too hot for me and they only heat the bottom front of the foot. I have raynauds disease where my circulation is not the greatest in my hands and feet. These help a lot and maybe last 3 hours on medium heat. Plenty of time to plow the driveway or watch the hockey game. I think I will get a back up pair. I also bought the Lenz heated sock system for about $350. More complete and longer lasting heat, but the price. Ouch.
