I received my keyboard but it wasn’t in English, but in some other language. I immediately informed WOOT of this mistake on their part…all they could do was ask me to send the keyboard back and they will credit my account. Where is the accountability for what they have done.? They should be able to find another one and send it to me, even if they lose money on the deal. They seem to not care in the least.
