Thought my transaction wasn't going through.. turns out it did. 3 TIMES. What do I do?!

What do I do?! I didn’t mean to purchase this many shirts. I pressed “buy”, but it kept saying it wasn’t working so I retried, but now it’s saying I’ve bought something 3 times. Can I cancel these?!
