What size is this bike?

I purchased this a few months ago from Woot. Assembly was easy but that is where my happiness ended. The first time my son rode it, the pedal fell off which made him flip which then bent the handlebars. Poor quality. When I communicated with Woot, I had an option to return it which I couldn’t do because I didn’t have the box or they would send me $10.
