FYI I’m having issues with one of these purchased here on 9/14/11, approx 11 months ago. I spoke with TiVo tech support rep today who advised that the “1 Year Warranty” really means up to 90 days for a no charge replacement and $49.95 for replacement days 91 through 365. Woot ad read(s) “Warranty: 1 Year TiVo” Guess I should have read the fine print over on TiVo before pulling the trigger
