The final checkout screen will be the one that says “place order” the rest are various carts and other levels you must pass through first before reaching the final discount.

And yes, I also read it as “there are two shirts selling for $20 each on this site” but what they mean is you can pick as many as you want of the top 20 best sellers and get them for $10 each but you have to buy at least two or you won’t get the discount.

Doesnt look as if this is working today on the 19th… was hoping to pick up two Rawr shirts for my kids… comes out full price.
