The description is for a bicycle baby seat. The picture is of a bicycle rack with perilously little room for a baby. Not to mention an inadequate number of mount points. You can’t properly secure a baby on a bike rack without adequate mount points. And don’t even think about a toddler. There isn’t enough bungee in the world to strap a toddler down on this one.
