It is a great upgrade from my old vista machine that had 2gb ram and an old core duo. I only use it for work, so the most intensive things that I do are photoshop, google earth, and microsoft word. Backlight keyboard is awesome! and the battery lasts quite a while. Haven’t timed it, but turned it off and on several times to do some work and worked throughout the day and halfway through the next.
Surprisingly snappy on booting as well
Just arrived and the i,u,e,1 & 2 keys are non-responsive. Not thrilled.
Will give it some more warming up time. But don’t have high hopes.
