Picked up 3 last go around. For 3 bucks, lots of uses. Little over kill for ISO burning (to make a live CD boot device) but again, you pay this for much smaller drives. Think I’ll pick up some more.

Here’s a non-scientific read/write test I ran on one in my work PC
http://usbflashspeed.com/165156

Using SpeedOut v0.5, got a read speed of 31.113MB/s and Write of 10.995MB/s

On a Kingston 8gb USB3.0 drive, it was 28.49 and 7.2… So, after a few back to back tests, these seem acceptable for everyday use.

If the limit weren’t 3 I would buy some. Could use about 50, literally.

Could the limit at least get up to 5 like it was last time?

If I were buying other stuff, I would definitely buy some, but the shipping offsets the deal…

Is that plugged into a USB 2.0 port or a 3.0 port?

I’m waiting to hear back from the buyers. Check back!

I was going to order 3 (=48 GB) for $14 w/shipping. But then I checked Amazon, and there are several name-brand (SanDisk, PNY, Kingston) 64 GB USB 3.0 flash drives in the $14-17 range, Prime eligible.

No Windows 10

I picked some up last night. At his price I am willing to bet I can make them work on Windows 10. Good for backing up most customers files before ripping apart the computer…

(And some of them have Vista…)

Bought them last time, worked fine with Windows 10.

I don’t think it’s possible for these to not work with Win 10. They should work fine with any Windows version from XP to 10.

Like others, I might be interested, but the shipping kind of ruins it.

Agreed and disagree. Yes, these work on Windows 10, unlike the misinformation spewed by the zero-quality-posts-troll. No, even at $5 each for 16G (3 with shipping) this is not a ruined deal. In my opinion, anyway - you’re the judge of your wallet.
In for 3 more, wish it was 5 like last time.

Yeah, though I like a few “smaller” drives around for things like boot images for Windows installs. These work fine for the bucks.

I agree. the shipping killed the deal for me… as it often does. time to eliminate the shipping costs if you cross as certain $ amount woot.

It is very handy, allowing me to connect multiple flash drives right next to each other unlike some of the bulkier flash drives that take too much space and prevent other flash drives from being plugged into laptop USB port. The cap fits snugly onto the flash drive covering the port. Surely recommend it!
