Poor reviews and is $25 on amazon. Always check the item on Amazon, they are usually not as discounted as they list them on woot!

Bought four of them to put on the top rail of a fence, one never held a charge adequately, and with in a year all quit. The problem is the plate over the solar cell is soft plastic and doesn’t age well, it oxidizes so fast that it cant recharge.
