Got one last time and I use it quite a lot. Kind of weird to use, as in if you are using to cut tops and bottoms off carrots and then slide carrots, you can put the good stuff on one side and the waste on the other, but when it comes time to slide either into the pan or trash, it’s tricky. Am I using it wrong?
