I just snagged one of these on Craigslist for $55. Very happy with the device. Recommended! If you’re after a router, this is a good one.

Which hardware version is this?

awww… they could have done so much better…

This router is supported by OpenWRT.

I’ve been running this router since 12/14 with the stock firmware and admin interface. I haven’t had any issues with it. Wireless range is good. It does not support MIMO or beamforming but our family runs multiple ROKUs wirelessly over this router with no hesitation or stuttering. The USB ports are only 2.0 if that is an issue for you.

Is this unit v1 or v2?

As others have asked… is this v1 or v2? DD-WRT only supports the v2 with the 5ghz from what I am reading.

Archer would be proud there’s a router model named after him.

Yes. Please advise what version(s) will be shipped. Thanks!

Anyone know what this thing’s default IP address is? 192.168.1.1? 192.168.0.1? Some other shenanigans?

Waiting to hear which version this is before pulling the trigger…

nm, found it…it’s 192.168.1.1

I have been using one of these routers for about seven months and has been excellent. Very fast and stable.

Hi. Which version?

Can someone please confirm that these are new, not factory refreshed (recertified). What is the version of these?

OpenWRT Doesn’t support 5GHz ac on this if it’s version 1.x

I separately emailed woot. Wonder if they will respond.

Hello all!

This is Version 2.0.

Also, to answer another question. Yes, it is new.
