I purchased these earlier this month and am very pleased with their quality and usefulness. I’m disabled and walk with a quad-cane for very short distances but can’t stand for more than a few minutes. I bought these for when I take my dog out to go potty in the backyard. If I could stand (or sit) long enough I could stay out until he does both #1 & #2 if he needs, and even let him explore and/or play if he wants. So these have helped reduce the number of times I need to take him out. These are very light and convenient because, after adjusting the strap to it’s longest length, I easily slip it over my shoulder while I use my cane with one hand and hold his leash with the other. My backyard is level but by no means flat but the duck feet on these make the stool very stable. I’m 5’-11", 180 lbs. but find these to be very comfortable. By comfortable I mean they cup my bottom nicely and have just enough room that my crotch is unaffected. I can imagine the jokes this comment may bring to mind but I’m a “normal” male, and I’m not a eunuch either so … get your minds out of the gutter, lol. I imagine I could sit for an hour or more, with occassional minor adjustments, without discomfort. I have a little trouble standing up after a bit but I have that issue with almost any seat. I’m somewhat surprised at how comfortable my legs are while seated because they made these with a height that I’d say is just right. Each component (seat, strap, legs, feet, etc.) appears to be of good quality and I expect them to be very durable. In fact they double up the material where each leg attaches to the seat. I have one in my car and, again, use the other every day to take out the dog. Because of their light weight and ease of carry these are an excellent choice for so many things from watching the kid’s sporting events to camping and for those who can’t stand for a long time, like me. I purchased the green and, at the time, Amazon had the green for $17.xx each thus these were a great deal for me. So I feel the way most do at getting a good deal for something that exceeds expectations, thoroughly pleased with myself!
