I bought a Travelpro 2pc set from Woot around this time last year and I do not recommend it. The handle on the small rollerbag became loose after the first use. I travel frequently for business, so I needed a workhorse of a bag. This was not it. I contacted Woot, who directed me to Travelpro. After getting the run-around, I finally was able to get them to take it back for repair. More than a month later, I got it back from them but it looked like they hadn’t done anything to it. The handle was still wobbly. So, now I use the Samsonite bag I bought while the other one was out for repair. I wish I hadn’t wasted the money, time and frustration on this one.

Reviews on Amazon state that the dimensions do NOT count the wheels and the small bags are actually too big for carry on. Can anyone confirm?

Buyer confirms:
The small bag has been tested in the carry-on sizers for domestic flights, definitely fits. The dimensions don’t include the wheels, either.
