My good friend was traveling (flying) extensively 2-3 weeks a month. I knew he was passionate about buying top quality gear and, as a result, paid for the most expensive brands of luggage. I did my homework and purchased three pieces of Travelpro when I too began traveling (flying) the same amount. I found Travelpro quality to be outstanding and to this day, discounting scuffs, etc., is as solid as the day it was purchased. I maintained my busy flight schedule for 5 years before it slowed. But even with the worst TSA & baggage handlers could throw at it, my luggage will turn out to be the only luggage I will ever need. Best investment in a brand I ever made! I hope their quality has remained equal to mine. But if I ever did need another piece of luggage I will simply purchase another piece of Travelpro. I know this is just one person’s experience but it’s evident the esteem I hold for this brand and am merely fulfilling the obligation I feel to express it somewhere FWIW.
