Ordered 2 burner signature. Despite being what appeared to be very good packing both side tables were damaged. I contacted CHARBROIL and the customer service was very friendly and accommodating. I received new side tables in a week. Very good customer service.

Thinking about the 2 burner model (I live alone - certainly don’t need a huge grill) but I’m wondering about the whole idea of the infrared cooking. Isn’t part of the charm of a grill (gas or charcoal) having the flames sear the meat more directly?

The “duel fuel” feature sounds dangerous. I dont want my hydrocarbons duking it out.
