I eat meat and regular tuna. This product tastes like trash. It is mushy soy TSP with aggressive seasonings. It tastes like a wet dogs and a kitchen sink. I like vegan foods and use TSP in many recipes, but this is just gross. The only one that I can eat without gagging is the spicy one.
