Yeast is a living thing, how can it be vegan if it’s made with yeast? Tuno is soylent green!

Not bad. Not tuna, but not bad. My housemate’s niece is vegan, so at least she can chow on this when she comes to visit.
Seems best made up as a tuno salad with some Duke’s mayo
