Ordered the DX12. Not sure what FedEx did with it. Woot gave me my money back since they’re sold out. Good on Woot, and it’s shitty service season for FedEx.
I have trouble with the XP 510 shutting off when using it with my PC. Turtle Beach suggested raising the volume to make sure the auto shut off feature doesn’t kick in but then I have to keep everything booming and it still tends to shut off. Anyone else have that problem? And if so how did you fix it?
I ordered the DX12 in November. Now it’s 4 months later and the microphone quit working. 90 Day warranty. Conspiracy???
