Reading the reviews, there are some questioning if this is a knockoff and not a real “Turtle Wax” product. Is there a way to confirm?

Woot I am disappointed that this is your reply. It seems Woot would/should have someone on staff to verify the legitimacy of the products you sale. I too read the reviews where customers suspected that the Amazon seller was slipping in some counterfeit jars of Turtle Wax Ceramic Graphene Paste Wax when they did not get much of a shine from it. I got my bottle from Woot today but it will be a while until weather conditions will be right to use it. How long do I have to return if does turn out to be fake ? Two things are already making me wonder about it. The labels on the bottle look like they were printed on a home printer. Lettering is not lined up straight to the edges of the labels and those labels are crooked on the jars. Plus the labels have misc. air bubbles under them ??? HELP

Well there’s a standard 30 day return policy, but if you suspect that they’re fake, maybe Woot would extend that?

Just return it if you’ve got doubts. Woot can’t send someone across the nation to check inventory in every Amazon warehouse.

Hi there. I’m sorry you didn’t like my reply but there’s really not much else I can say in these cases. We’ll pulling inventory from Amazon warehouses. Not only do we not have eyes on it but each warehouse could have different inventory.

I’d say that if you’re uncomfortable with the product received, go ahead and contact CS to let them know so you’re not going past the 30 day return period.

It is a good thing that Woot even offers this forum and I try to read comments here before ordering. I come from a different time and mind set then Woot uses to find products to offer here. When I was in purchasing we had the sellers send samples of the products for evaluation rather then buying sight unseen. And ‘‘pepper 114’’ nobody said anything about ‘‘Woot… send someone across the nation to check inventory in every Amazon warehouse’’ but how much would it have cost for each warehouse to send a sample to Woot purchasing ? But of course that is not how Woot is set up to operate. Amazon has something that isn’t selling or having problems with…call Woot. And thanks to Woot for offering a 30 day return policy compared to the old day of Woot. Too bad the few days nice enough to try out my Turtle Wax I was sick and the rest were too cold or snow or rain and I am past the 30 day mark. A good sign though is the fact that I do not see any Wooters getting on here that may have gotten to try their purchase out have not gotten on here to say it did not work. Keep your Thunder Thighs crossed that I got a good jar.
