Tuscanini Raspberry Fruit Spread Kosher, 11.64 oz

Tuscanini Raspberry Fruit Spread Kosher, 11.64 oz

I’ve been holding my tongue about how this was shipped and today was the last straw. I bought one of these to see how it tasted and it was shipped by itself. The first one was delivered in a brown, un-padded mailer bag. It was double bagged in clear and green plastic that at least, contained the sticky mess due to the inevitable damage of such a poor choice. There was no tape on the lid to prevent turning and the lack of any protection is obvious. I contacted CS and said that I would like a refund because a replacement would be shipped the same way. That was somehow interpreted to mean that I wanted a replacement. Guess how the replacement was shipped? No need, exactly the same way and with the same outcome. Two jars of raspberry spread wasted due to idiotic packaging.

Now, the reason why I felt the need to unleash:
I bought two of the stupid Croc’s Jibbitzs to give away

And they were delivered to me in two separate orders and in two 3x10x5 boxes with paper packaging. Two items that are essentially indestructible were given more consideration than a food item in a glass jar. I know that if I try to make a case out of it nothing will happen; I’ve tried dealing with a supposed “high level” to “allow” me to buy something that the Amazon system won’t allow and is clearly wrong, just to be told that despite my proof, their system is infallible. So, I guess Amazon just likes sending out things to be destroyed and refunded (hopefully) for kicks? Make it make sense.

Morning. I really wish we had the power to make changes to the way Amazon does things but we don’t. Sorry.

I do see you were refunded for the spread this morning.

Same outcome with the Raspberry jam…spread all over the inside of the paper packaging. Refund was handled in the typical Woot fashion…timely with no dispute.
