I have two orders, placed in late May and early June, that advanced within a few days to “Shipped” and subsequently never arrived. The TBA_ tracking numbers don’t register on either Swiship or Amazon sites, although apparently that’s expected. I’ve emailed Woot Support twice and received no reply; the phone option seems to be perpetually grayed out. Does anyone know of any other ways to get Woot’s attention?

Just hang tight, check your junk and spam folders and most likely somebody from Woot will respond to this thread.
With a little squinting, it could be analogous to taxation without representation…

Hi there. Sorry for the issues. We’ve just recently realized that items out of our DAL warehouse were being shipped via Amazon logistics (not a problem) and not getting delivered (a problem).
We’re looking into it. I’ve sent a note to CS on your two orders.
