I highly suggest reading Amazon’s reviews on their refurbished units. These have a 30% 1 star rating from Amazon in refurbished models. I would expect these to be the same batch Woot is shipping. 30% 1 star reviews and 44% 5 star reviews are pretty damn concerning. These are barely higher than Trump’s approval ratings.

It’s always been a toss up for me between this speaker and the JBL Charge 3, and having experience with both, I just think the JBL Charge 3 is a better product, both for sound quality and form factor.

Currently $119 at Walmart.

Best Buy has the stone grey Wonderboom on sale for $59 (it was $49 yesterday). They’re linkable so you get stereo sound for a few dollars more and they’re not refurbished. I bought two yesterday.

I have this and it is a great speaker for enjoying some portable music. Battery life is pretty good unless you constantly play on max volume (then it’s just a few hours). Very durable. Overall, I’d highly recommend.

Why, that would mean this speaker only plays Russian music! And all its former speaker friends are playing for the feds!
