I’m not a big workout guy and I’ve never bought any workout video sets before but I bought this set a couple of years ago after hearing about someone else’s experience with it and it’s not bad. I could most definitely feel that my back and core were stronger after I completed the first 3 or 4 weeks. I was no longer having back issues/tweaks. My wife and I were doing it together. She was often following the person in the video who modifies to make it a bit easier. Also, I have Dolce’s cookbooks and when I was really sticking to eating those types of things consistently I was losing weight from the diet alone before I started the workout series. I still use the cookbooks.
