Are you asking if it could be delayed by a delivery event (sure, it could happen) or if you can request that shipment be delayed (no, sorry).

Guaranteed? No. Anything can happen. Hopefully will? Yes.
Sorry, I wasn’t trying to be annoying. A lot of the products show “Get it by Christmas” but this one didn’t, so I was managing my expectations.
