This thing has yet to fix any of my light strands, or decorations. I was hoping for the miracle it advertises, but it was a pointless purchase. The only thing that barely works is the audible continuity detector. It has found problem bulbs, but once you replace it, another or the same burns out a day later and the strand goes out again! It also does not fix the shunt when plugging in the strand into the socket and pulling the trigger “up to 30 times” either. The price here is almost half off of what you’d find in most stores, so if you are curious, go for it. But don’t get your hopes up that it will help! I have sadly had to replace all the strands I’ve tried to fix with this.
