Is this shower head made of metal or plastic?

Made of plastic, and the deal is not that great. Bad reviews on Amazon and it’s $19.00 on Amazon…

unless you have insane water pressure using both heads at once won’t really work. and the hand-held in it’s holder is fine as a stationary head. have had this for well over a year, 4 people using it and nothing is broken or clogged yet. hose is metal but main parts are chromed plastic. leave the pressure reducer out when installing. nice looking unit, but kind of pointless really.

Unfortunately the price on Amazon is $39.99. In addition I represent the seller and this product is made from ABS Plastic with metal Chrome finished and brushed for the Two Tone finish. I use this unit personally and love it.

Love the comments. I would note that Most shower systems in the market are plastic… Our systems are ABS plastic with a metal chrome, or brushed finish. Water pressure is totally dependent on local delivery systems I have 85 PSI and enjoy it.

Not the same one … there’s also one for $24.95, but both the cheaper ones are from other manufacturers and lack features this one has. I’m passing on this because the handheld sits higher than the shower head, which would not work for my shower. The reviews for this one average 4 stars, which is pretty good. The major gripe seems to be how the hand wand fits its cradle.

I just received mine. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Have had a combo in shower for over a year with no issue and great pressure. This unit is awful! Unfortunately no returns. So a waste of $30. The handheld just pretty much drips. Absolutely not worth it!!!

Did you check the flow restrictor to make sure it was aligned correctly? Sounds like something is blocking it.

If it’s not working, please use the Woot Customer Service form for assistance.

First thing i looked for is flow restrictor–doesn’t have one, at least not one to remove.
