These are great,I have 3 now in my computer room,and will use these in the living room.Now only if I could get a bag of crap,LOL

Did anyone else order this and receive them slightly damaged? Mine came in unboxed with bubble wrap and damaged power cords scattered throughout, like everything was just laying around in someone’s basement and dumped. Also, my smaller salt bulbs are missing altogether. I didn’t see these mentioned as refurbished, but that’s certainly what I got, it seems.
