Unable to change account email

I have been for almost 10 months trying to change my account as i no longer have access to the prior email. Doing this via the portal requires a password to do this change which I do no have as I use Amazon Sign in via my amazon account. I have countless times tried emailing the support and they never resolve this matter, if they reply they say I will receive a phone call to follow up (but i never do), or they tell me to use the website settings to make the change. How is there no way to change my account email if it is linked to an amazon account. My amazon account used to use the same email which i successfully changed prior and it does not sync to my Woot account. Out of ideas, but its shocking how poor the support service on this matter has been.

Woot is currently locked out of the tool for assisting with email changes.

If you just need a return label, reach out to customer service and ask that they send the label to your current email address.

You can go ahead and email the request into CS and they can add you to the list.

Please reach out to support@woot.com and let them know you need to update your email address.

Please provide them with:

  • Old email address
  • New email address
  • Phone number where they can reach you
  • A good time to call including time zone

I have been sending emails to that support email since 07/2025 and most of the replys ive received have been to log into my account and change my email. they do not seem to understand the issue. i have provided them every time the information you suggested, and they still do not ever follow up with the call to change the email

Hello. Amazon made some changes back in the fall that killed the tool we used to update emails for our customers. Unfortunately, we still do not have a resolution for this.

For the time being, when reaching out to customer service ask them to send return labels to another email address. They can’t respond to different emails because the Amazon CS tool doesn’t allow it. :frowning:

Help! I made a cell phone purchase, ended up having issues with the device and I’m trying to get support but have a similar issue, and when trying to contact support it defaults to an email that I used back when I was in college and no longer have access to. I signed in with my Amazon account and cannot update email. Option to call for support is not available. How can I get a hold of support?!

If you’re just wanting to return it, ask them to send the return label to another email address.
