@ThunderThighs , I have reached out three times already to return the tree as the lights are not even working on this one, but for some reason, no one is responding. Could you please assist here?
Make sure that you:
- check the email address that is on your woot.com account. All customer servicer replies go there, not to your Amazon login if different.
- check spam/junk folders. We end up there a lot.
- Allow 24-48 hours for them to respond.

You did a self-service return on 11/21. You had a label to use at that point. Check spam/junk for an email from UPS. we’re going to resend it though.
CS found your contact from 11/23 which they answered on 11/24. There was no response to that email until you reached out again yesterday.
Again, make sure you’re checking spam/junk.
